Registered participants receive an event shirt and runner bag with goodies.
The run/walk will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday August 14th
We recommend arriving early to park and get to the starting line. The registration area will open at 8:15 a.m. if you need to pick up your participant bag, submit offline donations or register.
We will stagger the release of runners & walkers slightly by course: 10K runner first, 5K runners, 5K walkers and 1K family fun run walkers.

You will see signs for the event as you enter the park. Please head toward parking lot 3 and watch for signs for the Hope Run.
Parking is free.
Wherever you choose! You can submit your time following the instructions received via email. You have until August 20th to submit your time.
In 2021, we are offering a variety of options:
10k (6.2 mil) run; 5k (3.1 mi) run; 5k (3.1 mi) walk or 1k (0.62 mi) family fun run/walk
Run or walk your chosen distance at a location of your choosing, then submit your time.

Yes! Please have checks made out to "Hope Pregnancy Clinic." You can keep track of your off-line donations with this form: Hope Run Donation Form . Please have your donors fill out the form so we can send them a thank you!
You can bring your donations by the clinic before the event or just bring them to the Registration area the morning of the Hope Run.

* If you aren't able to join us in person on August 14th, you can register for the Virtual event - this way you can run or walk your chosen distance at the time and location of your choice. You'll have from August 14th to August 20th to submit your time.
* Sponsor someone who is running/walking in the event
* Create a personal fundraising page and invite your friends to support the event.
* Share about our event far and wide!
Yes! We love to have families participate! Children ages 5 and under are free and can accompany you on the 5k run/walk or 1k family fun run. There is a play structure near the start/finish line and we will have balloons and face painting too.
Event t-shirts are available on the registration page in sizes 2T to 5/6. Shirts are $8.00
We will have child sizes (2T, 3T, 4T, 5/6) available for purchase. The shirts are $8.00 each. You can order children's shirts through the registration page. If you have any questions, please contact Beth at email@example.com. All orders MUST be received by August 2nd.
Yes - before August 2nd you can contact Beth Maurer at firstname.lastname@example.org to change shirt size. After August 2nd, we are not able to guarantee shirt size changes or shirts for late registration.
O Captain, my Captain! Being a team captain is easy!
Team captains recruit people to run or walk together, set a team fundraising goal and communicate with their team members. Easy! You can come up with a super cool name for your team and then be at the park a little early to pick up your team sign and meet up with your teammates.
On the registration form, just indicate that you are the team captain, list the team name (if you know it) and then head to the fundraising site to set up a team fundraising page (you will have to set up a personal account first). You can share the Hope Run registration link and team fundraising page link with your social networks to invite people to join you.
Ideally, teams will run/walk together on the 14th and will also fundraise together.
To create a team to run/walk together, REGISTER as a runner or walker and mark the Team Captain box on the registration form. You will also come up with a team name here (this can be changed or added later if you need). Be sure to let your teammates know to enter either your name as team leader or the team name when they register.
To create a fundraising team, CREATE a fundraising account. Then, click the blue button on the right and "Create a new team." You will enter your team name and create the team fundraising page. You can now share the link to your team's fundraising page with your teammates and they can share it with their personal network.
Once you have registered as a team leader and created your personal account and team fundraising page, inviting people to join your team is easy! All it takes is two links and your teammates are ready to go.
First, your team members need to REGISTER as a runner/walker - be sure to have them include your team name on the form.
Second, send your team members the link to your team fundraising page.
Log into your team fundraising page. From there you will see links to invite friends. You can send the link to your page via email or share on your social network accounts.
BE SURE to tell your teammates that they need to REGISTER as a runner/walker (they can include your team name on their registration form) and then they can start fundraising to meet your team goal.

You can share the fundraising page for yourself or team by using the links for Facebook, Twitter or email. We would love to have you share our event with your friends, family, and social networks. Every dollar raised helps to provide free services and support to women and babies in our community.
Hope Pregnancy Clinic exists to empower women who are unprepared for pregnancy to make healthy, life-affirming decisions, and to introduce them to Jesus.
To make this event successful and run smoothly, we need 60 to 70 volunteers.
Before the event, volunteers help distribute yard signs and posters, and help prep participant bags.
On the day of the event, volunteers are needed for the following:
* On the course to encourage/cheer participants and make sure they are heading in the right direction
* Help with set up
* Parking lot assistants
* Face painting/balloons
